Really happy with the product and service

I received some gift certificates for the shop from my family. They did not have the item I was looking for, but agreed to order it through their distributor even though it was not an item they regularly stocked. What a great experience so far, the pictures online don’t do the bike justice. It is a great looking bike very comfortable and easy to ride. I had quite a few issues related to the shop that put the bike together resulting in some failures that the team at Brooklyn bicycles was quick to rectify. I have enjoyed my experience working with the team at BB. I also have enjoyed my bike thus far.
